ct555 Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the ct555 platform, you are giving your full agreement to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

ct555 reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, you will be notified at your registered email address.

These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the original Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use the gaming services on the ct555 platform. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Valid identification may be requested at any time for age verification.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and truthful information, which includes:

• Your actual full name (as per your National ID card)
• An active email address that belongs to you
• An active mobile number registered in your name
• Your correct date of birth

Providing false or incomplete information may result in account closure as well as forfeiture of deposited funds and bonuses.

3.1 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. You are responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, immediately change your password via the ct555 Login page and notify our support team.

3.2 KYC Verification

ct555 reserves the right to verify your identity when required. You may need to provide any one of the following documents for verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)

Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Account Currency

All transactions on ct555 are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently supported.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ct555 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods:

• bKash — Mobile banking
• Nagad — Postal department mobile banking service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Upay — UCB mobile payment service
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank

Deposited funds must be sent only from your own payment account. Deposits through a third party are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, delays may occur in the following situations:

• KYC verification is incomplete
• During review of unusual or suspicious transactions
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• There is a technical issue with a bank or mobile banking system

Withdrawal funds will be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 or more will apply the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳20,000 (৳2,000 × 10) before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Keep the following in mind when completing wagering requirements:

• There may be a specific time limit to meet the requirements — check the applicable conditions after receiving a bonus
• Not all games may contribute equally to wagering calculations
• A maximum bet amount may apply while a bonus is active

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ct555 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. The following activities may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Using low-risk betting strategies to avoid bonus requirements
• Coordinating with others to take advantage of bonus offers

All games available on ct555 are supplied by third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and other reputable companies. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting play.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round may be declared void and the wagered amount will be refunded. Claims for winnings resulting from a faulty outcome will not be accepted.

6.2 Game History & Disputes

The results of all games are stored on our servers. If you have a question about any result, please contact the support team within 72 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ct555 platform:

• Using any fraudulent software, bots, or automated programs
• Coordinating with other users to create artificial outcomes (collusion)
• Attempting to exploit system or security vulnerabilities in the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account
• Using ct555's intellectual property or trademarks without authorisation
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Attempting to introduce harmful code or malware into the platform

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

• By order of a court or regulatory authority

10.2 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any eligible balance before closure. If there are incomplete wagering requirements at the time of closure, any bonuses will be forfeited.

ct555 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Interruptions to gameplay caused by internet disconnection or technical issues
• System errors on the part of third-party game providers
• Issues with the user's own device or software
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

Under no circumstances will ct555's total liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
